- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2019-10-23, by David John-ChuanI bought an oven for a decent price. but the delivery was AWFUL!! I was scheduled between 1PM and 5PM. They called me at 8PM to tell me they will be there in 10min. They came at 10PM saying that they had a lot of delivery today. I am on the first floor with no elevator in the building. They were figuring out how to use the strap to lift my appliance and at the end decided to LITERALLY roll my appliance through the stairs to my door. Worst delivery experience EVER. now I understand why they offer free delivery on all their products... I would rather pay for delivery to get a decent service.
