  I bought a set of expensive knives at this store 35 days ago. We had 90 days to return them if we wanted to. Since I am moving to a new place in 2 weeks, I didn't even open the knives so they were not used. I went back there 2 days ago to exchange them for the same set of knives that was now listed at 100$ less than I had bought them for. At the return counter, a 60+ year old very short woman with black hair refused to exchange the knives because of the price, saying they could only do price adjustment 7 days after a product was bought. FINE. So we asked to return the knives. She refused, saying she knew we only wanted to exchange them. We told her that it didn't matter and that we would return the knives at any other location, so she might as well return them now. She refused. Go figure the logic... Anyways, as we had told her, we went to a different location and returned the knives with zero problems. We went back to the Vimont location and made sure the woman saw we were buying the set of knives at the new price. We made sure to thank you straight to her face. Arrogantly, of course. Ah well! Additional note about this same woman with black hair : she refused to return a pair of shorts bought less than a week before. The reason of the return was that the pair was for kids and we hadn't realized it. Her reasoning for not wanting to return it was that it could've been used. That's funny because it would've meant the person had worn a pair of shorts FOR KIDS that clearly wouldn't fit. So just like with the knives, we went to a different location and returned the shorts with no problems whatsoever. FIRE THAT RUDE OLD WOMAN! OR FIND HER A PLACE WHERE SHE DOESN'T DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS!
