  went to see about some bags and they were very helpfull. I asked about buying a central and the man assured me to just bring my central vac in and have it serviced instead. the location is great and the prices are great as well. no pushing to buy. Honest and to the point. no pressure selling

  Brought in my 20 y.o. Cyclo Vac model E103 on a Saturday, courteous, friendly lady at the store explained the free estimate process. She said technician would contact me 2 days later on Monday - he did just that, bright and early and thoroughly explained the needed repair, the cost and details about the work he needed to do. Took time to explain a particular finding to educate me and prevent another eventual repair. New motor, seal, new bags $330 - half the price of a new unit - I appreciated they didn't try to sell me a more expensive new product. Work done in less than 24 hours. Amazing, personal service. I recommend.
