  Satisfied with my b&w film development, but they outsource. Was originally told 7 days, called after 8 days, was clarified to 10 days for b&w film, ended up getting the call 2.5 weeks later (13 business days if they were referring to 10 days as business days) It took way too long. Will be bringing my other rolls to a place that develops in house. 3 stars because film is good, and when I called and they said they would call back with an answer, the callback happened within 15 mins.
